We understand that questions will arise while searching for a home care provider for your loved ones. We have done our best to answer some of our most commonly asked questions, hopefully providing you with some answers to inquiries you may have.

The first are healthcare professionals who provide medical care in the home according to the orders of a doctor. These can include social workers, physical therapists and nurses.

The second are caregivers who serve as companions, homemakers and aides. They are there to help with non-medical tasks and activities. Our Caregivers can help an older person with day to day living activities, a family member recovering from surgery or other medical treatment, or a busy Mom or Dad needing assistance with errands or childcare activities.

We provide non-medical type of caregiving. We make sure you and your loved one have peace of mind knowing that the everyday wants and needs are being attended to.

Because every situation is different, Four Hearts Health Care Solutions can help determine the level of in-home care that your loved one or parent needs. As those needs change, services can be either increased or decreased.

All Four Hearts Health Care Solutions caregivers must have a criminal background check.

We do not employ caregivers found to have:

  • Disqualifying criminal convictions
  • Substantiated findings of physical or sexual abuse, neglect or financial exploitation

On-site supervision will take place at regular intervals as outlined in the plan of service.

Service costs could be covered by your Long Term Insurance- Please contact us for additional information

Of course. You are free to choose the services you think are the most appropriate.

Yes, you can be sure our employees are fully insured and bonded.

Yes, you are free to choose a caregiver. We offer you a match we think is the most appropriate, but you make a final decision.

Yes, all of our employees have the necessary knowledge and experience to work as caregivers. Our Resilient Homecare Services provides professional training for all employees and we work on their constant improvement.

If your caregiver is unable to work on a particular day, you are free to pick another one or to cancel the service for that day.

Although our services are focused on treatment inside a patient’s home, we provide services in other facilities as well.

A room, bed, clean linens, and regular meals are all you need for a Live-in Aide. Everything else is provided by Resilient Homecare Services.

There are multiple ways to cover the care services for you, including:

  • Private Insurance
  • Medicaid
  • Veteran benefits
  • CareCredit
  • Medicare
